Help make a newcomer's dream of learning English a reality! The lack of English-language classes for newcomers severely limits their earning power and opportunities to become full participants in American life. Please support this important effort to make English education available to New York City's newcomers. Here are some examples of how your gift will help transform a newcomer's life. A gift of $100 provides a 10-week one-to-one career skills partner for a newcomer looking to apply his or her skills in the American workplace. A gift of $300 trains 4 volunteers to be English conversation partners. A gift of $450 provides a newcomer in need with 6 months of unlimited access to our programming. A gift of $12,500 supports a Community Outreach Program in an underserved neighborhood for one year. |
