April 17th
The International Center welcomed Haitian author and artist Nicole Titus to help us celebrate immigrant culture in the United States. Ms. Titus read from her novel, Akin to No One, and auctioned off a selection of her Caribbean-inspired artwork to benefit ICNY, Yele Haiti, and the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village. A reception featuring Caribbean food and music followed the reading.
